We work closely with a number of firms across the country, and after some time doing this, we know what to look for when you’re assessing your options. We build our knowledge from the hundreds of people we meet and what they tell us about their experiences in different firms.  

We work closely with your local boutique firm and the Big4 firms across the North Island.

We take this conversation further, we want to know where you want to be in 2 years' time, or 10 years' time. We think these conversations are important and helps us introduce you to the right people and environments. If partnership is your goal, we're going to need to look at positions with management responsibilities, and targeting a partnership that will allow for growth or change. The recruitment stuff

We want your job search to be as easy as possible, and we’ll aim to provide you with every bit of knowledge or insight we have on particular role. For us to do our job thoroughly, we’ll meet you (for a coffee/drink or online) and we’ll be keen to hear about your experience to date, and what you’re looking for in your next role.We take this information and build a comprehensive document which we pass on to our clients before you meet them. This document includes our notes/recommendation, and your CV, and helps us secure you interviews, and helps our clients get to know you a little before meeting. We’ll schedule interviews for you, and help guide you through the offer process once you find the role you’re looking for.We’ll be available by phone/text/email at all hours, and we’re happy to handle the questions you’ll have, and negotiate with our clients to find the right solutions to them.
